Methodologies and Techniques I use
Pandora's Box Technique is a method I developed for shadow work, aimed at facilitating acceptance of one's darker aspects and to create harmony between the conscious and unconscious aspects of the mind. Recognizing that humans possess both light and shadow qualities, this technique provides a structured approach to explore and integrate the unconscious parts of the personality. It also facilitates the release of repressed thoughts, experiences, and emotions, allowing individuals to gain deeper self-awareness and understanding.
