Hello There! I'm Margarita.

My name is Margarita Vergos, and I am a bilingual mental health professional fluent in both English and Russian. Born and raised in Kazakhstan, I began my professional career as a Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) specialist, aiming to make the world a better place. I then moved to Australia where I cherished many years experiencing new and wonderful moments. As a HSE, I gained valuable experience across a variety of organisations and industries.
While in Australia, I earned my qualification in Modern Hypnosis and provided hypnotherapy services to both local residents and the expatriate community.

My journey then took me to the Netherlands, where I relocated with my husband to immerse ourselves in new cultures and experiences. Currently, I work as an experienced mental health counselor based in the Netherlands and have completed specialized training in positive psychology, accredited by the Dutch Association.

In my practice, I utilize a variety of therapeutic methods, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Transactional Analysis, Constellation techniques, and Jungian analytical psychology. Additionally, I integrate mindfulness practices inspired by the ancient Chinese philosophy of the Tao Te Ching.

My passion lies in guiding individuals to overcome personal and professional challenges. I take an eclectic approach, tailoring my methods to suit each client’s unique needs. By employing these diverse methodologies, I help individuals gain self-awareness, navigate societal dynamics, and discover meaning and purpose in their lives. Most importantly, I equip them with strategies to manage daily stress, whether chronic or acute.

My Spiritual Journey
My spiritual journey began with Wayne Dyer's philosophical book, "Manifest Your Destiny," during my transition to Australia. As I faced the challenges of adapting to a new culture, environment, and community, I found solace and guidance in the realms of psychology, philosophy, and mindfulness. These disciplines have been invaluable in helping me navigate difficult times.

As I delved deeper into psychology, I discovered the fascinating work of Carl Jung, a Swiss psychiatrist known for his exploration of collective consciousness, the unconscious mind, and the process of individuation. Jung's concept of individuation involves uncovering the various facets of our personality and identity, including the ego, persona, and our shadow, the suppressed aspects of ourselves. This journey toward self-realization aims to help us become whole.

Drawing inspiration from the works of Carl Jung, particularly his concept of Individuation and Eastern philosophy, I developed my own methodology called "Pandora's Box." This approach is designed for those seeking to connect with their 'true self,' transcend their ego, and confront the shadows of their past.

If you wish to uncover your "true self," free from societal masks and expectations, opening your "Pandora's Box" will illuminate your hidden talents, forgotten strengths, and suppressed emotions.
